Kettle Bell

A kettle bell originally comes from Russia and it is an iron weight that looks a little like a cannonball with a handle. This piece of equipment is brilliant when you want to gain more strength and power and may people have said that it is a fun tool to train with. Frank DiMeo is the person who developed the program called Strength for the Streets and many trainers have taken this course because they wanted something new to add to their programs so that their clients don’t get bored of the same thing while using the same gym equipment. This program is so easy to teach and your clients are guaranteed to have fun while using it. Strength, power and muscle endurance will be increased.
