As a trainer you are currently using the same program for all of your clients and now is the time to introduce something fun and exciting to them that includes physical fitness exercises. Frank DiMeo has many reasons why he developed this fantastic training program and his whole story can be read online on his website. This program is very simple to both learn and teach and once you start you will start seeing real results. You can be at any fitness level when doing this program as it provides a challenge each and every time. If your clients happen to have clients with busy schedules this will easily work out for them as a full workout can easily be done in 30 minutes. You will notice that your strength, power and muscle endurance will be greatly improved when going through with this program. Your balance and flexibility are two other things that will enhance. Since this program incorporates self defense into it, it is the perfect thing to teach women and the youth. This program was named Strength for the Streets and with it you will learn basic exercises such as warming up and cooling down. You will then learn body weight exercises, free weight exercises and improvised, unconventional exercises.
