Strength Exercises

The fundamental objective of teaching the strength exercises at the American Strength Training Institute, is to prepare trainees for “Strength for he Streets” One needs to be wide awake when on the street and habitually taking the same route or carrying out the same routine day after day leads to complacency and boredom. Repetitive actions day in and day out equates to being predictable.

Frank DiMeo is qualified to share his knowledge of strength exercises and self-defense because he is a former U.S. Army Paratrooper, a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified USAW Club Coach (Olympic Weightlifting). He knows what works and advocates strength exercises, and with to his experiences as a Level-1 Crossfit Training Instructor plus having completed Level-1 Instructor training with Kettlebell Concepts, Frank is in a position to be able to confidently share about his belief for strength exercises.
